Welcoming Cultures emphasise being friendly, polite and nice to the new person. Showing them around and introducing them to the team. Often welcoming cultures value what you have in common with the team.
Inclusive Cultures respect, value and empower people. All people. However individuals and groups are acknowledged as being different, and their perspectives are sought, considered and included. Inclusive cultures value what you bring to the team.
Belonging occurs when you feel safe to share who you are and what you can do.
